The A. Family

On a Sunday after church I got the A. family together. You probably can't tell here, but it was extremely cold! I got everything set up and had them run out, take their coats off, pose and quickly get their coats back on. They were very patient with me. Aren't their girls and son adorable?!
I love them.

The S. family

Here is the S. and A. family. My Aunt, Uncle and cousins. My aunt coordinated the colors and outfits. She did a great job. I took their photos in our yard on thanksgiving, too. My little cousin Emmie is growing up so fast and she is adorable! She's a sweetie and a Momma's girl. Don't you just love the nature foliage?

The L. Family

I was able to take my aunt, uncle and cousin's Christmas photos. We had them over for Thanksgiving and we did these in our back yard. I was happy that we had a little fall foliage for our back drop.
They were very patient with me. Don't they make a nice family?

The B. Family

I had a delightful time taking photos of the B family. My mom and I went to their neighborhood lake with them surrounded by beautiful scenery. They are a patient and tremendously sweet family.
Didn't they pick their colors out nicely, too? 

The Little Girl: a photo shoot

I had some fun getting some photos of these cuties. Shiphrah (the girl in the middle) has one the most genuine, sincere smiles. And did you see her eyelashes? Stunning. She and her sisters are beautiful little girls.

Baby Gideon

I was able to take some photos of this precious little baby boy at 2 weeks. He didn't want to get his picture taken at first, but after a while he gave me fifteen straight minutes of snapping time! So far I am taking note that babies like the boppy pillow, pacifiers, and a snack before hand. He was so sweet. I am so blessed to have darling models to work with.

Does anyone have tips for keeping babies calm during photo shoots?

Newborn Session: Mary Evelyn

 

Here is my precious cousin Mary Evelyn. (Emmy for short) She was such a beautiful baby to capture. She slept a lot and was very easy to pose. My aunt Jaime and uncle Bob have the best house for photos. Good light, cute props, stylish decorating and of course they're the ideal people to take photographs of.
